JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, from attending meetings, managing errands, and organizing emails to handling travel arrangements, phone calls, and expense tracking. Additionally, you'll provide crucial administrative support for Soul Fresh (SF), including client interactions, paperwork management, and staff scheduling.
With your excellent organizational and communication skills, you'll also capture daily moments through video documentation for Dani's social media platforms, ensuring a seamless and dynamic online presence. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish, possess a car, and are well-versed in software like Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Toast, and Uber Eats, we invite you to apply and make a significant impact on Dani's endeavors and the Soul Fresh brand.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Coachable in software operations: Toast, Uber Eats

ADMIN X DANI
- Meetings: Attending meetings and taking notes in order to follow up with established tasks
- Running Errands: Purchase gifts, Staples print outs, post mail, buying necessary supplies for office or any other errands as required
- Email Management: Sort, filter, and reply to emails. Flag important messages and manage spam.
- Filing and Organization: Organize physical and digital files. Ensure that important documents are easily accessible.
- Calendar Management: Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments. Send reminders for upcoming events and commitments.
- Travel Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, and car rentals. Prepare itineraries, research visa requirements, and manage other travel logistics.
- Phone Calls: Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries. Arrange conference calls or virtual meetings
- Expense Reporting: Track expenses, collect receipts, and prepare expense reports
- Bill Payments: Ensure that personal or business bills are paid on time.
ADMIN X SF
- Client order quotes & invoicing,
- Client follow-up & customer service
- Taking catering orders + sending quotes / invoices + scheduling with kitchen
- Filing and organization: SF vendors invoices in an organized manner
- Following up with pape work such as;
- [ ] mail (open + organize & schedule payments if necessary)
- Learn how to navigate POS (must update prices + menu items) if necessary
- Learn how to navigate Uber Eats (must update prices + menu items) if necessary
- SF staff scheduling
SOCIAL MEDIA X DANI
- Document daily moments (video) to use on social platforms TikTok Trends or TikTok recording videos

Your responsibilities will include welcoming all guests that walk into our shop! You will be providing our guests with the highest level of customer service. You will be responsible for taking guests orders on the POS ensuring all transactions are accurate and complete. You’ll share your knowledge about the ingredients and benefits of all items on our menu, while helping guests decide what to order. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering yummy food to the guests, ensuring that the work environment stays clean, and following all policies and procedures for health and food safety.
